The Kingdom of Caid

The Kingdom of Caid is the sixth kingdom in the Society for Creative Anachronism. Its modern boundaries include Southern California, Southern Nevada and Hawaii. This Page is oriented toward people in the Society. If you are new to the SCA and wonder what this all about, we recommend that you start with our Newcomers Guild.

Greetings from Their Royal Majesties Sven and Cassandra.

We are looking forward to a fun and exciting reign and are planning on traveling extensively throughout Caid and the known world. Our current itinerary includes going to Estrella War, Gulf Wars, and Canterbury Faire in that former Caid province of New Zealand. We understand the difficulties in traveling to these far off kingdoms but hope as many Caidans will join Us as possible. If you are unable to attend these out of kingdom events, We will be going to events all over this great Kingdom and hope to see you there.

In the words of Ivan the Illustrated, have fun and play nice.

Congratulations to the new Heirs of Caid! Count Patrick O'Malley of Ulidia defeated Sir Ragnar of Sandcastle in honorable combat to win the day for Countess Kara the Twin of Kelton.
