Directions (From the East or West): Take H-1 to Punchbowl Exit if traveling Koko Head. Take H-1 to Vineyard exit if traveling Ewa, and turn left on Punchbowl, towards town. Follow Punchbowl Street to the corner of Punchbowl and Beretania Streets, make a right turn onto Beretania Street and stay in the right lane. Go through to the second lighted intersection and turn right onto Queen Emma Street. Immediately after turning onto Queen Emma Street, there will be a driveway on your right. Turn in here and park.

The Barony of Western Seas welcomes all to our Twelfth Night Gathering and Feast. This year's Twelfth Night theme is VIKING VIKING VIKING.
The colors for this year's event are Gules and Sable with Argent and Or (Red and Black with Silver and Gold).
Fun for all to participate in the games of the day but everyone is encouraged to please bring your favorite games to share with the rest of the populace.
Please bring your banners, covers for your chairs and coolers, and decor for table settings.
Our 12th Night Feast will be prepared by none other than Baron Claudius Brutus di Bartolomeo.

Sicilian Antipasto, roast, truffle gravy, Risotto Milanese, chicken with bacon
and wine, and ham with apples, figs, and honey

Fees
Site Fee: $20.00 for ages 18 and up ($23.00 non-member), 17 years old and under are free. Please make checks payable to the SCA, Inc./Barony of Western Seas.

Description of Event
The Barony of Calafia is again proud to host Winter Weekend 2010. This popular event will be held at the DeBenneville Pines Conference Center in the San Bernardino Mountains, 41750 W. Jenks Lake Road, Angeles Oaks, CA, 92305, starting Thursday, January 14, 2010, 5 PM through Monday January 18, 2010, 12 noon.
Since this site can only accommodate a limited number of persons, EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME, but RESERVATIONS are required.
Each phone call may reserve only one room’s worth of accommodations (1 to 4 people). Families with more children may reserve up to the number of the immediate family. Please, only one reservation per call.
Event Information:
· Reservations for Winter Weekend 2010 will open Sunday October 18, 2009 @ 12 noon PDT.
· E-mail reservations will not be accepted.
· This event will be starting on Thursday.
· The cost for the four nights lodging and food is $115 per adult, $75 per child. Non-members will be charged an additional $3 per person.
· If you arrive after Thursday the cost is $105 per adult, $55 per child. Non-members will be charged an additional $3 per person.

Directions: Take your favorite freeway to the I-210 freeway. Exit at Pennsylvania Avenue. Heading eastbound, turn right. Heading westbound, turn left. At Honolulu turn right. Turn left on Dunsmore. There will be signs directing all warriors into the park.

Description of Event
It’s time to start looking forward into the New Year, and that means Angels’ Melee is coming up! On Saturday, January 16, 2010, the Barony of the Angels is hosting a day of fighting and camaraderie. Armored combat will feature the usual teams of 10 fighters, including combat archers. Rapier scenarios will be run in a format to be determined closer to the event.
Due to the presence of archers, we will have a 30 foot space between the eric and any pavilions, so space on the eric will be limited. Preference will be given to royals and geopolitical units. Contact the event steward to reserve space for your group. Please arrive early!
Pets are allowed on leashes. There is easy access for the handicapped and there are play areas close by for children.
We will be limited to 10 cars at a time driving on to the site. Please be prepared to load and unload quickly so we can give everyone a turn.
Merchants are welcome.

Fees
$5 for members, $3 non-member surcharge. Children under 12 are guests of the Barony. Make checks payable to SCA Inc./Barony of Angels.

This is a dry site. Site opens at 7:00 am and we must be off site by no later than 5:00 pm.
