Directions: Take your favorite combination of freeways to the 91. Get off 91 at Van Buren. Head north on Van Buren (left if coming from west/south, right if coming from east/north). Turn Right on Garfield which is the 3rd street after you cross Magnolia. The park is at the northwest corner of Jackson and Garfield.

Please join the Canton of Mons Draconis as they celebrate their Anniversary on Saturday, February 27, 2010.
SITE CHANGE!!: Due to the unpredictability of the weather, the Canton has decided to change the venue for their Anniversary! The event will now be held at Hunt Park in Riverside CA (Address and schedule listed below.)
OLD TRADITIONS WILL BE HONORED!
Plague Rats will once again invade our fair land. There will be skirmishes to be won, and A&S competitions to showcase our artisians.
Armored Combat will include a Plague Rat melee and a Heavy Combat Tourney.
The Canton would also like to extend an invitation to the Rapier Community to come out and play.
In addition, the Canton will also host our traditional non-combat competitions. Contests will include:
Ode to a Plague Rat (poetry or song), Edible Rose (roses in the recipe or a dish looking like a rose), Performance Rose (any performance of less than five minutes themed for the rose), and Artistic Rose (any rose themed artistic endeavor. Also there will be an Embroidery competition of the Pattern of the Day provided onsite.
We will also be hosting a Raffle with many new handcrafted items (donations welcome!).
Fees
SITE FEES HAVE BEEN GREATLY REDUCED!!: Fees for the day will be $3.00 for Members age 13 and older ($3.00 surcharge for non-members), Children ages 12 and under are guests of the Canton.

Additional Information
Pets are permitted with no fee, but must be on a leash at all times!
Also, due to the site changes there will be no Merchants or Camping at this event!
